Wagering

1. Bonus money & winnings from Free spins must be wagered x40 before being converted into real money and withdrawn.
2. The Free Spins will be loaded directly into the game(s). You must play all the Free Spins in order to see your winnings into your Wallet - Bonus Money. 3. General

1. As long as the customers have an active bonus campaign, they are not allowed to open a withdrawal request. Customers can open such withdrawal requests after they choose to leave the bonus campaign. They have to inform our Customer Support about that. All winnings generated from the promotion and bonus money will be forfeited. The activated bonus will expire within seven days of its activation.
2. Customers must complete the wagering in 7 days, or the entire bonus will be automatically voided.
3. Customers can only have one active bonus at any time. The current bonus should be closed or completed first to claim another one.
4. According to its judicial opinion, GrandZ reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or cancel the promotion on any customer or group of customers.
